ABSOLUTELY *** POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE GET NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!!

Sent in AE-01 for repairs early september. Nothing from them except SA number which took a month to get. Is it fixed, mailed? WTF people. Tell me something!!!

No response, no RA number!

I just purchased a new TD-25 drum kit. The stereo connector has a short and headphone jacks only get 1 channel. I’ve requested RA numbers both online and have left 3 voice messages. I don’t think I’ve ever had such BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE in my life.
