Update by user Oct 09, 2020 I called again and asked to speak to person who sold me the mattress. They said he no longer worked there. They told me to follow steps to file a warranty claim. 30 minutes of measuring, taking numerous pictures, filling out questionnaire etc. Still no response. Very unhappy with Becker Furniture....

I’ve purchased items from Becker furniture and been completely satisfied with sales person I had his name was Matthew and he was very thoughtful of what couch would work for my budget and product reliability I will go back again they even have a restaurant fine dining and felt very relaxed no pressure .
