Erroneous billing

Since yearly exam 4/3/21 I continually received bills for a $40 balance. I paid 207.00, their bills show my amount was 155.00 and owe 40.00. I PAID 207!!! The one positive thing is that they will text you when your glasses come in, something Low Country seems to have a problem with.
