I need a EGR valve

I was getting a code 401 on my scanner. Rockauto advice me to clean the EGR valve. I decided to replace it. But l still got the same code. That’s where l am with this van. What should l do now?

Tracking # [protected]. Ordered for and paid extra for 2 day service. Received after 4 days or 2 days late from Chicago to London Ohio. Order # [protected]. Have label pic indicating 2 day service. Ordered 2 rotors and brake pads. Sad, but no selection on web site for shipping refund.
