Having to submit my email, press a bunch of buttons sucks. I had to put on my glasses, read and then, to only be told I have to do everything online is dumb. Im a 50 year-old that just wants to buy a radiator and talk to a live person. User’s recommendation: Great prices. Horrible phone accessibility.
