I checked in RIU ANTILLAS on Thursday May 20th, I was giving room #524. The room balcony door was broken, the safe was not working, among other things so I called my travel agent and he contacted the hotel to change my room. Friday morning I was moved to another room #1520. That room had similar problems....

Fraud
Providing a guarantee to deliver on time or refund the order amount is not fulfilled. When the order was delivered late, the courier handed out a printed sheet with the estimated return time. Thus, he was 18 minutes late. They are not +/- 5 min on which you can close your eyes. I wrote a review and contacted management, but I did not expect any refund.
