Worst customer service ever. Called last Thursday with questions and decided to return. Agent initiated a return and label was to be sent in 24 hours. Meanwhile I ordered another laid. Disappointed with the purchase of glasses worth Rs. 7500. The coating of glasses gets bubbles and color fades off within 6 months of use. User’s recommendation: not worth in buying with high cost.
Today is June 18th and I placed my order on June 5th. I didn’t receive any updates on my order yet.. They don’t even respond to my email User’s recommendation: Better order some other website they have very poor customer service.
Received glasses at Christmas. Lences were cracked yes I would love to have Ray-Ban replace my license I don’t want new glasses I just want the lenses replaced I just really appreciate it they could do that thanks. User’s recommendation: Just hope Ray Ban will replace my lences.

My ray bans broke

Hi, My nose pin was damage under warranty period. I have also generated mail before 15 days but they are not take responsibility. Pls do needful and rectify/replace my sunglasses.
