Need chip for product

No technical support on the weekend

I called ProScan to get help with the fact that I lost my remote control so Im trying to just use the bottom buttons on the TV directly to change the input and they couldnt get me any technical help on the weekend. Ridiculous

Jessaye de vous contacter depuis la fin novembre. Jai passé des messages au numéro 1800 jai envoyé des courriel sans jamais avoir un retour. Ma tV acheter le 9 décembre 2019 ne fonctionne plus. Il y a des lignes et flaches.
