They are uncaring

I do not recommend this company, if you ever fall on hard times they will add an astronomical fee to your account I went in on the 32 day to pay my previous and current month and they added a lien fee of $125 for a $94 dollar a month unit bringing my bill for 2 months... Read more➤

Dont care about customer

Not customer friendly. The company raises rates a couple of times a yr with one month notice. The company only cares about money and not the customer. It takes forever to fix things on the property and the district manager is hardly ever on premises. No returned phone calls for issues or complaints. No discounts of any... Read more➤
