My pool broke

The rails that hold my pool broke the clamps that go down in my pool broke the filter hasnt worked properly since weve had it and no problem no one has Called me back User’s recommendation: It’ll be fine if it the parts wasn’t so poorly made but the kids love it.

My cartridge filter pump stopped to work after 2 weeks from installing. I need new pump since I have a limited warranty for 180 days from the purchase date. User’s recommendation: It depends on how is your customer service.
