Top half of top tier did not light. Requested they send new top tier. When I was told no, I asked for a supervisor. I was put on hold several times then told supervisors were in a meeting but they would call me back. Never received a call. Returned it to the store. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy.
Having the same problem as everyone else. Have called and called. They tell me they need the receipt. I am reading to them off the warranty. Really! We are playing this game. I need 30 light bulbs in the second season of use. Is there someplace else to order them?

Bought a Christmas tree. All lights on a pre-lit tree burnt out after one season. The tree has a three year replacement or repair warranty. They refuse to replace the tree and will only offer to send lights for us to restring ourselves. You buy a pre-lit tree so you dont have to hang lights every year....
