Declined transfer not returned after 23 days

I transferred money out on the 1st July the transfer said processing for a day and then it said declined after that. Ive emailed numerous times and had absolutely no help from Pockit. The money still hasnt been returned after 23 days of waiting. Absolutely shocking.

The my money has been locked up by you since aprill till now.

Just missed to put my pin Code 3 3x and pockit locked my account since April. I found not b able to get access to my my money till now. I have calling and send emails to pockit to unlock my account all in vain. User’s recommendation: They shound not open bank account with.
