No access to accounts after initial phone has been lost. Ask you for token code on card to unlock account but to token code is to be found on any of the companies cards. Can’t update details,order new card, transfer ect.. If now loses the card may aswell kiss your money good-bye.
Like always pockit don’t respond so quick like saying. Just always something doesn’t work. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. User’s recommendation: Not recommending, always gonna be problems not safety to keep money there.
