I called pharmacy Direct contact center at 10:06 . I waited for 14 minutes and the agent that answered my call hung up on me while I was asking for clarity. She was very rude and insensitive.

Poor service, broken promises.
I do not recommend the company's services because they do not fulfill the agreement. Specifically, I had an appointment to change the water meters from 6pm to 7pm. At the appointed time I arrived at the house and waited for the master, who called me on 20.03 and announced that he would not be able to arrive today, because he still had four addresses to serve me. The master did not show up and the counters remained unchanged. Conclusion - time lost! Don't choose this provider if you have your time!
