Uncertainty, reservations, slow service
I have been waiting for your order for several days. I bought a product in an online store over 300eur and wanted to receive it as soon as possible, the fastest delivery method was FedEx. On the same day, I received a message from the online store that the shipment was delivered to the FedEx courier. Glad to wait for the package, but was not on the day that was indicated as the delivery date, or the next. When I ask where the shipment is, the answers are the only uniform reservations - full parcel, workload, delay, tomorrow, and so on. When I ask when the shipment could arrive and can I pick up the shipment myself to the warehouse (I live in Melbourne and the address of the FedEx warehouse is good if 2km away) I get the answer "in the next few days" - then living in Darwin and sending I would get the product sooner (example) really bad feeling when the package is a few km away but there is no way to get there... I hope that I will come to her at all, because after researching in more detail I understand the packages in the omnivo tend to get lost, 2 AU$ for delivery "stroke" and to repay will not pay off... I am currently 8 months pregnant and already before the holidays I wanted to do everything in time so that there is no unnecessary stress and you do not have to run around with a huge belly to look for gifts... Really sad... About attitude and vagueness. I used to have experience with iExpress and post office... Everything happened very quickly there. I recommend others to learn from my mistakes and avoid FedExs services...
