Company refuses to provide monitoring records after robbery

I experienced several robberies. The alarm monitoring company Alarm Connections, formerly AFA, Alarm Funding Assoc. refuses to give me all of my alarm records without a subpoena and they will not give an address to direct the subpoena to. Don’t use this company. Not worth the savings.
