I need an agent

I need to book with an agent because of one way with a minor. System keeps hanging because I dont have an itinerary User’s recommendation: Have actual peopl.
Need to speak to an agent to book a flight and keep getting a computer instead of a real person and when you ask for one the computer ask for an itinerary even though your calling to book a flight its a retarded unnecessary system. User’s recommendation: Don’t call customer service there is none.

Rude Attitude

When I arrived at the airport, I wanted to visit the toilet on the first floor of the airport, as there was no indication when I was not allowed to go in and out. there was a cleaner who started talking to us frustrated when not allowed and pushed me out of the toilet or without seeing the sign but we really didn't see when not to go there. Because she was not visible. I understand everything but could say everything kindly and honestly. And yet scared the child who was with us. Honestly, she threw us out of the toilets. Please put some indication so that people nau face such women dissatisfied because many confused crying indication is when the toe but go should not be thrown out immediately
