31/07/2018 Dear Team, Please note that I subscribed on the 4th of July with OSN and I made it clear to the employee that I'm moving to new house on the 1st of August and I need to install it there in order to not pay for the transfer. She stated the following"don't worry, we'll install it now and then we'll transfer it to your new home without any payment". Yesterday, I called her to ask for the transfer and she asked me to call the call center who stated that I have to pay 85 $ for the transfer.
