I'm very much disappointed in the service you are providing as i filed for a complaint a multiple times and every time a customer service agent promises to solve it, but unfortunately in vain... the first complaint was aboit the remote control which doesn't work effectively from day one. The second complaint was about the missing number of channels which stops at channel 999. So as a result i'll take the action and stop the service with regrets that i joined the osn one day Ms. Nermine Ismail hefni [protected]
