On the 5th of July 2018 OSN asked me to pay 79.250KD to renew my subscription for 12 months. I paid the money in cash to OSN rep that came to the house. He gave me a receipt for the money collected. Two days later I get a call from OSN Dubai saying I need to pay more. I asked why and they said they had made a mistake. Today my subscription has stopped working. How can this company be trusted? All future subscribers be careful. I am checking my position to see what I action I can take.
