Customer Service needs to improve

The coaches are great and so is the workout, however the cancel policy is ridiculous! For example I wanted to bring my daughter with me to work out over the Holidays as a guest. Yes and no

The coaches are great and so is the workout, however the late cancel policy is ridiculous! For example if you want to switch from 11am to 12:15 same day they charge extra in addition for what you already pay!!! This is horrible customer service.
