Charge you even if you are on hold and charge you when you cancel membership

I have been on medical hold with OTF and they would send me period hold forms. I forgot to do another form and they charged me for November and December. Had a bad experience and would not go back. The manager was a rude person and was not helpful.

I belonged to the one in Birmingham Michigan and they front desk and the coaches are WONDERFUL

Great service great coaches. I also attended classes in Lexington Ky – great service fun classes and they were very welcoming to me and my husband as out of town attendees
