hi, I have signed for the orange thoery membership on 13'dec which is Friday. when I was singing one of the staff members told me that I will 3 days for free cancellation after the first charge my card then I told I would talk my first class on following Monday evening at 5.45pm. But my schedule at office has changed and I called them on Monday morning to inquire about free cancellation. They put me on hold and said I still have 2 more days to cancel the membership for free. i felt good and told them I will be coming to the studio on same day evening to cancel, but I went there on next which is still in the free cancellation window according to them. Now they are telling me that my free cancellation is not valid because it will be counted from the day you sign the form not from the day it is charged. Firstly they provided me with wrong info when I was signing the papers, secondly I called the on Monday which will be in the free cancellation window even if it is from the signing date, but, they again misguided me on the cal too. Now they are telling me that I am not eligible to the refund. Please go through the cal records and CCTV footage for the evidence if need and do me a favour.
