The coaches are great and so is the workout, however the late cancel policy is ridiculous! For example if you want to switch from 11am to 12:15 same day they charge extra in addition for what you already pay!!! This is horrible customer service. Also, they have a bike and a strider for use if you have limitations, but that only applies if you want to use instead of treadmill. What about the people who can’t use the rower or bike due to back issues. The coaches basically said treads get first choice because that’s what corporate said. Last time I checked I pay the same price. It should be first come first serve. I’ve been a member for 4 years and I am very frustrated.
