Customer Service needs to improve

The coaches are great and so is the workout, however the cancel policy is ridiculous! For example I wanted to bring my daughter with me to work out over the Holidays as a guest. They wanted to charge me $28.00 which is ridiculous when I pay for an unlimited membership. I had booked the class on the way so 10 min. before arrival. Because of the charge I chose to leave, so she did not have to wait on me for an hour. They charge me $12.00 for a no show. I feel that the front desk person should have been able to cancel my class with in the first 10 min. where is the customer service. I think there was maybe six (6) people in the class. The classes are never full nor close to being full.
