They cannot get a hold of a real person and they are in there 80’s. My mom is on oxygen and they need to get electric. It comes on and goes off. Please help them

Single digit temperatures. All electric home way out in the country. No electricity for 12 hours, no phone service (signal booster was electric), no advance notice.You can’t talk to a human, you don’t get updates (even though you’re supposed to), nothing. You’re on your own with Oncor. I bet they have power and heat at their houses………………....

To be a company that has control of our power and no real plan in place to ensure people’s safety this is unacceptable.There are no Warning whatsoever when you are going to shut off the power and that’s just Dangerous,No way to talk to a live person just a computer voice-mail that does nothing if you live...

This could be called a horror with a washing machine almost before New Year's Eve! I have to start with the fact that due to the old washing machine, which ran a bit, I had to change the floor and in order to have no similar problems, I decided to buy a new washing machine. Everything was very nice for two weeks, until a disgusting puddle appeared on my new laminate again! I was in horror! I called to the store where I bought this product, where I was very "kindly" answered that I should look for the master by another number and dropped the handset! After burning the feet of the master, I received a vague answer - I will call you, come wait! Two days later, the master arrived and found that my new washing machine was not running. The master left, but I tried to wash the laundry and what do you think - a disgusting puddle appears on the floor again! Call the master, he "redirects me"to another master, who is responsible for collecting washing machines and taking them to the workshop for repairs, it is not specifically answered, I will call and come, but when, no one knows it! So my new idle washing machine is still standing and waiting. And it was all called three years full service!
