I called and the person that answered just told me the place is a corporate headquarters and they wouldn’t be able to give me an answer. Then told me to call the power outage number for an update. It totally sucked as customer service. User’s recommendation: Don’t waste your time.

No power since Sunday night, today is Wednesday. No updates at all. Pipes and pool frozen. Absolutely unacceptable. User’s recommendation: Don’t trust them in a storm.
The way that Oncor has handled the power outage in the state the upper management should be prosecuted I have been without power for 3 days while my friend who lives a mile down the street has not I have nowhere to go and have pets I hope they all at the very least lose their jobs...

Everything was very nice for two weeks, until a disgusting puddle appeared on my new laminate again! I was in horror! I called to the store where I bought this product, where I was very "kindly" answered that I should look for the master by another number and dropped the handset! After burning the feet of the master, I received a vague answer - I will call you, come wait! Two days later, the master arrived and found that my new washing machine was not running. The master left, but I tried to wash the laundry and what do you think - a disgusting puddle appears on the floor again! Call the master, he "redirects me"to another master, who is responsible for collecting washing machines and taking them to the workshop for repairs, it is not specifically answered, I will call and come, but when, no one knows it! So my new idle washing machine is still standing and waiting. And it was all called three years full service!
