Delivery Not On Time

After storing my Latissima for several months, I tried to use it but it would not push water through the system. The quality of order processing stall for phone orders has dropped significantly over past year. Attempted to order 6 sleeve on 6/29. Called 3 times and have not received a order confirmation email on 7/3 at 1045 pm. Coffee maker good order processing very poor.
