Delivery Not On Time

Will never be using your company to buy your product again. My delivery never showed up. No email to let me know. Obviously your company and the delivery company do not have any communication procedures set up to let the customer know there is a problem. Your tracking application is cheap and poorly designed. Your third party delivery service procedures is auwful. Paid for 2 day shipping. Called Nespresso last night and the first operator handled the call poorly. I called the following morning. Policy that was mentioned last night is not what the 2nd operator communicated to me today were not policy (she was great). I will be using Amazon in the future. I could call them and have my product today. They can rectify problems Nespresso company cannot. Now I get to run around town today on Thanksgiving, spending time and energy. Thanks Nespresso
