I purchased a citizmilk machine ($300) about a year and a half ago.Since the machine has not worked for about six months, I decided to send it in for repair. I paid the $133.00 by credit card and they told me they would send me a box. The next day I received a call saying they did not repair this machine and offering a 35% discount on the same machine or on another. Why would I a buy a new machine if they don’t offer service on it? Unfortunately I have a large inventory of pods. If they want to sell me the same machine it makes we wonder if they consider it disposable? They are opening a new store at our local, I have no plans to set foot in it.
