Last September I bought the premium version of the NCH Video pad, unfortunately the software was not working properly, as it was interfering with many professional Audio/Editing plugins inside my PC, preventing them from working properly. When i paid for the pad i asked specifically if I will have anything else to pay for , they told me no..it was mine..One year after they cancelled me out they want me to buy the new version …I liked my old one and I can’t use even thought I paid for it …Over the phone... Read more➤
I do see that the customer service complaints for NCH Software is horrendous. I purchase WavPad from them. I don’t know if Adode has a similar product with the same or better features

The site says that the support group will only look at the issue/problem once all the tickets that paid for a support customers hve been cleared thoigh I purchased the software. It seems that in order to a response I need to purchase a support contract. what is this?
