I do see that the customer service complaints for NCH Software is horrendous. I purchase WavPad from them. I don’t know if Adode has a similar product with the same or better features

The site says that the support group will only look at the issue/problem once all the tickets that paid for a support customers hve been cleared thoigh I purchased the software. It seems that in order to a response I need to purchase a support contract. what is this?
