Cannot retrive serial number for new download (paid in full already)

THey are impossible to deal with when there are legitimate problems

I purchased two (figured needed to run on two laptops) copies of 4 different software packages. I cannot use any of them because the activation process fails to give me activation keys that the software recoginzes as valid keys.
