A very bad custome experience

Last September I bought the premium version of the NCH Video pad, unfortunately the software was not working properly, as it was interfering with many professional Audio/Editing plugins inside my PC, preventing them from working properly. I could not figure out, what was causing the problem, and it took a long time to find a solution. For months I had to stop using some Audio plugins in my PC (as they were freezing continuously) I uninstalled and reinstalled most of my softwares without a solution, at the end when I uninstalled the NCH Video pad, I resolved the problem. At that point I contacted the NCH technical department, which investigated the issue and agreed that their Video pad was causing these problems. Unfortunately to my surprise they did not offer a solution, instead they told me to buy again the Video pad, as they made an update on it. They should have understood that I already paid for a software that never worked properly and that had created months of serious problems to my PC. Their response was just not fair and is not what a customer expects from a good company. After all the troubles I experienced, and considering the amount of time it took to discover the cause of the problem , the minimum that NCH should have done, was just to offer me more support with an effort to resolve the problem without asking a penny more (otherwise if that was not possible) just to giving me a refund. I have contacted their customer departments many times via email, and their service was appalling and totally unhelpful. User's recommendation: I do not recommend this company.
