The software worked when I first used it but after closing the window I am no longer able to pull it back up without a passcode that they never sent me. They also have no customer service. Very frustrating and a waste of my time and money.

As I have been using many NCH (Image, audio, video, etc.) programs for many years. I like their software a lot and once you figure out how to use it, it’s excellent. My problem is their business practice of promoting a product as a free trial where some functions work…
