Product says it has expired. Can’t reach anyone at the company for help to renew the product!

Did this company go bankrupt or was purchased by another company? Tried calling several telephone numbers with no answer or response! User’s recommendation: Beware! Try to deinstall the product, and hope it doesn’t trash your machine.
