Ordered a tree, at check out stated would ship in 7-10 days 4 weeks later contacted and they said would ship in another 6 weeks, told them to cancel order and they gave many reasons they could’nt. and would charge a cancellation charge, then offered a gift card, so i contacted my credit card company, they refunded....

Refusing within 14 days is a problem that doesn't make you even bring the equipment to Melbourne, even though you could bring it 380 km away and run half a parcel... so you can't even cancel the contract within those 14 days, what to do to wait for Creditreform or sue?
