Today my mother called the reception, waiting for a 2 hour connection she managed to call this institution, wanted to sign a neurologist for a consultation, she replied that this year it is not possible, only next year. When asked if they could call back from the reception if one of the patients refused to make an appointment, the answer was that you would call more often and inquire about vacancies. For the first time, the mother is faced with such an attitude. Many authorities offer to call back if the space becomes vacant. Meet the mother must call every day and wait for her to be connected in 1-2 hours and then believe in a miracle. Do we live in the Stone Age.
