Tree arrived dead – it was mailed to us on 5/3, arrived 5/18 – too long without water. I attempted to call their customer service phone number and was directed to their website. Filed 4 customer service tickets – no response. User’s recommendation: be cautious when ordering.
Plants received are not what was ordered. Invoice has correct plants. The ones that arrived have different growing conditions that I cannot use. No mention was made of substitutions. Waiting response from customer service. User’s recommendation: Pending.
Received plant 2-3 weeks after ordered. Upon arrival it was a box of soil and plant thrown in box! Never again!! If I dont see it at my local nursery I wont order it! Bad business User’s recommendation: Beware.
