Turns out I was confused about what MyTicketTracker was…or how they were involved. Did get with the correct ticket seller and got my tickets downloaded. It was bewildering and way too complicated.

The ticket seller was City Tickets and once I found that out I was able to find the place to download the tickets. PayPal contacted MyTicketTracker and they responded telling me what I needed to do, so everything was resolved satisfactorily.
