Could never get ahold of anyone for a refund!

No one answered the phone numbers provided for issues/refunds! Not a happy customer!! I just my money back ASAP!!!

I’m being asked to give my credit card number for a $1 “free trial” for 7 days and then pay $46 per month for a service I hope I never have to use again.

Don’t expect me to pay for you to hook me up with a “Software Expert” when I have access to software experts through other services. I need an answer from Ticketmaster, not a software expert.D User’s recommendation: Don’t expect immediate free help.

They gave me the wrong tickets

I’ve been calling and calling, no one will answer nor respond back to my emails. I spent a lot of money and I’m pissed off. My concert is for September 2021 and they sent me tickets for may 8th 2020.

Customer service doesn’t answer. I literally waited on the phone for an hour still no answer.

No one in customer service answered. Waited on hold for literally over an hour. Still no answer and no refund. User’s recommendation: By from somewhere else!!!
