Tickets refund will be dead in 2070 the rescheduled date

I got disconnected after 15 minutes i am choosing a refund for bts tickets new schedule date is 2070 they are korean pop group and must got into army at 18 years old and air canada center where it was being held is scheduled for tear down in 2 years

Refund for COVID19 Cancellation

This is a very site to get answers from. It keeps giving sites I don’t need. I’m trying to get a refund from my canceled event and I can’t get anyone to answer me on what I need to do.

Voucher Use

Nobody answered went to automated line and said it was not a real number. We had purchased tickets got voucher and we were not able to use it. It would keep on telling us it was a bad code.

E ticket because of Covid

I had a credit with Boxoffice tickets and the voucher was ready to expire, they contacted me promptly and extended my voucher to 12/31/21, very satisfied with their handling my situation User’s recommendation: use e-mail not the phone.
