Throughout these n years, there have been machinations in the service of Tom Rosenfelds with the hours worked, schedules and bonuses of the employees. Nothing changes. Tom Rozenfelds deliberately fails to notice these and other violations, because his subordinates are more like co-workers (choms) and those who refuse to be, sorry, chasers, Tom Rozenfelds considers them unfit employees and replaces them with pleasures without creating a competition, instead, anonymously meeting with a candidate of your choice in a cafe and offering a position, and if you agree, the existing employee will be fired. Is this the correct behavior of the manager? The employees sleep in the objects and perform their work duties satisfactorily, because they are not motivated. The department managers do not control the employees when visiting the objects, in some objects the visual appearance of the employees is terrible. There is tension and artificial unrest among the employees below with the excellent control mechanisms of Tom Rosenfelds, unjustified deductions from bonuses, which can also... be paid..! Anita Sane, the head of the personnel department, Peter Rozite, the head of the operational department, Lauris Avens and a few others also pretend to practice the same management style. Although, the company has been in disarray since the days of FALCK, only the name has changed. If you join G4S Australia, I recommend making sure that it is not a service "run" by Tom Rosenfelds.
