I have been trying to get service since Dec. 10 and it has not happened yet. They have responded and asked for pictures of which i have sent, but no response to date User’s recommendation: Continue the process and hopefully get your issues resolved.
I reached customer service and they were delightfully helpful! They asked me to check other windows so I could order replacements at the same time. And, the replacements were covered by their warranty. I’m pleased with their excellent service. User’s recommendation: Milgard is an excellent company!

Milgard windows are junk and their customer service is even worse. I have been battling this company for 4 years for warranty replacement of sealed and leaky windows. They have sent technicians out to measure and agreed to replace all the glass but have never come through. They delay and delay and refuse to resolve the issue....
