Milgard windows are junk and their customer service is even worse. I have been battling this company for 4 years for warranty replacement of sealed and leaky windows. They have sent technicians out to measure and agreed to replace all the glass but have never come through. They delay and delay and refuse to resolve the issue. I've spent dozens of hours fighting them and now they say they can't find my claim and I need to file a new claim online. Maybe I need to file a lawsuit instead. User's recommendation: AVOID this company and its defective products.
