Opened a ticker with Milgard for noise

I bought a brand new condo April 2019. It has about 9 windows. Right from the beginning problems. They changed the windows and it took them quite a long time to fix the defects in the glass (2019 No Corona excuse here). They ordered wrong size, wrong number of windows. No storage in warehouse. To install they rescheduled it three times and took months. I was told there was a warehouse problem and resource problem I have been having problem with sound and I Iive in a busy street. I have Milgard Skyline product I believe. I opened a ticket with them on Aug 2020. They asked me to check if it is a weep hole problem. I took some time to check and it is not. So updated them. No response. I cannot believe how a company can provide such a horrible service. All I am asking is someone to come and look at it. I am not the only one. There are about 10 units having the same problem in my 40 unit building. I asked milgard if they can look at it all in one shot and avoid customer dissatisfaction and they said it will all be one by one and they work the tickets Terrible company and horrible products is my final take on this one.
