I called Milgard in Simi Valley and was told to go on line and fill out the form as to what service I needed. I when on line and as I was almost done filling out the form it flip off twice. So I called back and was told in order to talk to customer service I had call back between 8AM and 11AM, I was hoping for better customer service than that. Btw all my windows and my sliding patio doors have a life time warranty.
