Cheap product and no response from customer service . They are MIA

Purchased patio doors. Took several months to receive them and when they came the paint was all pitted with black specs. Ordered doors with mullions and when you shut the door they wiggle so they are not secure inside the window panes and they are made of plastic. Very cheaply made. We finally got a case number... Lousy company. Customer service is abominable.

Two out of ten dual pain windows failed. They leaked, got misty and then finally became completely opaque and streaked. The worst part is that the contact with the service dept that takes care of lifetime warranty are very aggravating. I sell windows and doors. My company sold lots of Milgard windows. But since they sold to MI Windows and doors. I can’t get any response for windows that leak and balances failing.
