The location at envy cancelled my massage 2 times, I have been waiting 3 weeks for this service the receptionist was not nice about this 2 times to do a cancellation some one should be covering this issue.
They do not allow, the customer to cancel or freeze their membership, that decision is up to management, according to them. You have to have a doctors notes to cancel because they are a medical facility.. I will never go there again

Massage Envy on Howell Mill not opened TWICE at time of appointment. First time they were 45 min late and second time told me to go home AND cancelled my appointment while I was standing outside!!!!
