I contacted massage envy customer service to change my email address on my account. I am unable to login on my computer. They never got back to me.
I was charged for an appointment that I did not go to and was not aware of. I switched to an earlier appointment and assumed my original apt was canceled. They charged me for both and were very rude when I called to ask for a refund. User’s recommendation: Go somewhere else.
