Terrible Luggage & Return Policy

Purchased a Terminal 1 Checked luggage and after one domestic trip plastic feet fell off revealing the pointed ends of screws. After a second domestic trip two more plastic feet fell off. We asked for a refund from Mark & Graham but because the piece was “monogrammed”…
